Terms of Service

Acceptance of These Terms
By using this website, you agree to these terms. They apply to everyone who visits our pages, reads our content, or sends us a service request through our online forms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website.
We may update these terms from time to time, and the newest version will always appear on this page. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page whenever you visit.
Requesting Service Through This Website
When you fill out a service request form or contact us through this website, you are asking us to get in touch about a plumbing job. Your request is not a confirmed booking, and it is not an agreement for us to perform work at a set time or price. We will respond to your request and confirm the details directly with you before any work is scheduled.
Nothing on this website creates a price quote by itself. Any prices or timeframes mentioned in a conversation with you become binding only when we both confirm them, usually in writing. Until that confirmation happens, a request is simply the first step in a conversation.
Estimates and Written Agreements
Any estimate we provide before work begins is our best approximation based on the information available at the time. Estimates are not final bills, and the actual cost may change once we see the full scope of the job in person. An estimate is non-binding until we put the final terms in a written agreement that you approve.
We will explain what is included in the written agreement before any work starts. Please read it carefully and ask us any questions before you sign or approve it. Only the terms written in that agreement describe exactly what we will do and what you will pay.
Scheduling and Cancellation
Once we agree on a job, we will schedule a time that works for both of us and do our best to arrive as planned. Sometimes delays happen because of traffic, emergencies, or the needs of other customers, and we will communicate with you if our schedule changes. We appreciate your understanding when plans shift.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know with as much notice as you can. Reasonable notice helps us serve other customers who may be waiting for help. We do not charge cancellation fees simply for asking to change an appointment.
Payment
Payment for completed work is due as described in your written agreement. We will make the payment terms clear before the job begins, including when payment is expected and which payment methods we accept. If you have questions about payment, please ask before work starts.
Any balance owed after the agreed due date may be subject to the terms described in your written agreement. We are always willing to discuss payment concerns openly and find a clear path forward. Please contact us directly if something about your bill is unclear.
General Information, Not Professional Advice
The articles, guides, and service descriptions on this website are general information only. They are meant to help you understand common plumbing topics, not to diagnose your specific situation. Every home and every plumbing system is different.
Nothing on this website should be treated as professional advice about your property. The specifics of your job, including what work is needed and what it will cost, will be confirmed directly with you after we review your situation. If you are unsure about anything, please contact us and we will answer honestly.
Warranty Terms and Limitation of Liability
Any warranty that applies to your job will be described in the written terms provided with your specific work agreement. We encourage you to read those terms carefully, because they describe exactly what is covered and for how long. We do not make warranty promises beyond what is written in your agreement.
To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses that are not a direct result of our work. Our liability is limited to what is described in your written agreement and what the law requires. This section does not take away any rights you have under California consumer protection laws.
Governing Law, Changes, and How to Reach Us
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If we make changes to these terms, we will post the updated version on this page with the date of the latest revision. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
If you have questions about these terms or about how we handle service requests, please reach out to us. You can email us at info@platinumplumbingstockton.com or call us at (833) 513-2401, and we will be happy to help.
